We are VERY excited to say this year ( 2022 ) marks our 30th ANNIVERSARY!!
That’s right. YMP has been supporting and encouraging Island youth to break out of their boxes and forge their own paths for 30 YEARS.
An unexpected bonus we have discovered with our ‘TakeMeBackTuesday’ and ‘ThrowbackThusday’ social media posts is that every single one of our former YMP youth we contact have expressed how much this program has helped them become the amazing individuals they are today.
This is why we continue to deliver this, and our other programs to Island youth. Because we ARE making a difference, one youth at a time. We are supporting youth as they gain confidence, discover their independence and realize their potential. We are humbled to be able to provide this to the next generations to improve their chances of satisfying and successful futures.
We have some BIG plans for this summer ( 2022 ) including bigger events, more collaborations and some amazing opportunities.
Thank you, PEI, for allowing us to provide opportunities to our Island youth. We could not have gotten this far without the support of our local entrepreneurs, communities and the wonderful families that call them home.
